The City of Perry is currently working to improve its water infrastructure to better serve our residents. The Indian Health Service (IHS) Pawnee Field Office of Environmental Health and Engineering provides engineering services and funding for water, sewer, and solid waste facility needs of Native Americans in Oklahoma. This support is allocated to utilities serving existing Native American-owned homes, based on a pro-rata share of the population served. The more responses we get, the more we could help the community.
Your response to the survey is greatly appreciated. If you did not receive a survey form in your utility bill - or by email for paperless customers - please email billing@cityofperryok.com and we will be sure you receive one.

The City of Perry is currently in transition, training a new code enforcement officer. Training began mid-July, working alongside a former City of Perry code enforcement officer to address existing code violations throughout the community. To help in this process, we are asking property owners to address the following common code issues as soon as possible: TALL WEEDS AND GRASS - All properties within city limits must be properly maintained. This includes: trimming grass and weeds, removing trash and debris, maintaining grass behind fences, in alleys, along curbs, near culverts. Including easements and public rights-of-way. REMINDER: do not blow grass in street or alleys - this is a city code violation. OPEN STORAGE - Properties must be kept free of indoor items stored outdoors, including: • Building or automotive materials • Junk, trash, or debris • appliances, chairs, couches, and other indoor furniture. JUNK VEHICLES - Inoperable or abandoned vehicles are considered a nuisance if they remain in such condition for a period of thirty (30) days, and must be removed unless stored in an approved area. DILAPIDATED BUILDINGS - Applies to both residential and commercial structures. Common violations include: • Broken or boarded-up windows • Missing doors • Roof damage or visible structural decay. 🌐 To view the full Perry Municipal Code, visit City Hall, the Perry Carnegie Library, or online at www.cityofperryok.com
