Did you know 100% of The Christmas Tour of Homes proceeds go toward downtown Christmas lighting around the downtown square?
Perry’s Christmas Home Tour will be held on Sunday, December 7th, from 1:00pm to 4:30 p.m. Stroll through beautifully decorated homes filled with holiday spirit and inspiration. This holiday tradition is organized by Brenda Landes, Carrie Hall, and Bree Vaughan, with proceeds benefiting new lighting and décor for the Noble County Courthouse square. Perry Main Street and the City Parks Department partner together to use the proceeds to purchase anything new for the lighting display. Tickets for the Christmas Home Tour are available at Thorn Originals and Foster Corner Drug before the event, and can also be purchased at any featured home on the day of the tour. • Household trash and materials may be taken to the Transfer Station at 1601 E. Boundary, free of charge for City of Perry customers.
o Please bring your city utility bill (paper or digital) showing you pay the monthly garbage fee.
o At the entrance, you’ll see a sign with additional information, including items not accepted and hours of operation.
• Construction materials should be taken directly to Davis Sanitation in Tonkawa.

REMINDER: The proposed Historic Preservation District (HP district) Public Hearing is Monday. This meeting will be live on Facebook.
All property owners within the proposed area have been mailed a notice of the public hearing with additional details.
The main purpose of the hearing is to determine the exact area that will constitute the HP District. City staff will also be available to answer questions and gather feedback from those directly affected. We encourage all invited residents and property owners to attend and participate in this important discussion.

Perry Main Street and the City Parks Department Partner together to use the proceeds to purchase anything new for the lighting display.
In November, the Parks Department will be busy getting the lighting up and decorating the poles with garland around the square, 300 Courthouse Drive. Their mission: that the entire display can come to life on Friday, November 28th. Tickets for the Christmas Home Tour will be available at Thorn Originals and Foster Corner Drug before the event, and can also be purchased at any featured home on the day of the tour.
