Municipal Code

The City Clerk is the legal custodian of Perry's official records, including the Code of Ordinances enacted by Perry City Councils, when our city was chartered.  

As a convenience for our citizens who may like more information about specific laws or regulations, an online database is available for research.  For official code, contact the City Clerk.
