include maintenance of streets and alleys, mowing,
hauling various base materials, and daily
maintenance of equipment. Must be willing to work
outdoors in all types of weather. Must possess a
high school diploma or GED. Ideal candidate will
possess computer experience including Microsoft Word

Sewer Department Maintenance & Operations Personnel.
Duties include repair, operation, and maintenance of
water plant and distribution system, sewer plant and
collection system, and related equipment.
Requirements include ability to operate equipment,
lift/carry 50 lbs., work from ladders and in
confined spaces, perform chemical testing, and to
wear a respirator as required. Must have high school
diploma or GED and valid driver’s license. Ability
to obtain Oklahoma State Class D Water and Class D
Wastewater licenses required. Successful applicant
must be able to work nights, holidays, weekends, and
emergencies, and in all weather environments.
City of Perry is now accepting applications for Journeyman Lineman. Outstanding benefits include insurance; longevity pay; paid vacation, sick and holidays; and generous retirement plan. Duties include install, change, transfer, move and remove poles, pole line hardware, guys, transformers, lightning arresters, streetlight equipment, energized conductors, insulators, conduit, capacitor bank controls and any and all forms of electrical material and accessories utilized in the construction, maintenance, and operation of electric circuits. Requirements include: Journeyman certification, Class B CDL, high school graduate/GED, and ability to work in physically demanding conditions and unfavorable weather conditions while handling dangerous equipment. Successful applicant must be able to work nights, holidays, weekends, and emergencies. Twenty minute emergency response time preferred.
Perry is the County seat for Noble County,
population 5400. Must be CLEET certified, 21 years
of age, HS/GED graduate, and no felony convictions.
Must have good driving history and current Oklahoma
Driver License. Position requires passing a physical
agility test, medical examination, written tests,
oral interview, psychological test, and
pre-employment drug screen. Salary starts at
$15.50/hour with generous benefit package included.
