HOME RULE CHARTER
FORM OF GOVERNMENT

The city is governed by its Home Rule Charter approved by the voters on November 7, 2006, and approved by the Governor on January 4, 2007. The Charter is made a part of the city code by reference and shall be the supreme document governing its form of government and business.
