Utility Bill Information

  

City of Perry Utility bills are taking on a new look.  Beginning with the September billing, utility bills will no longer be received on a postcard but will arrive in a sealed envelope on a full page.  This form will allow us to provide additional details including a usage graph for both electric and water.  The bottom portion of the bill will be perforated for easy detachment as well as equipped with a barcode for quick service.  For your convenience, a return envelope will be included. Bills are due and payable on the 1st of each month.  Bills become delinquent on the 21st of each month.  A 10% penalty is added to delinquent bills.  Disconnect Notices will be mailed to all delinquent accounts.
